Description

Diamonds Are Forever by Ian Fleming:
Diamonds Are Forever is the fourth James Bond novel by Ian Fleming, published in 1956. The novel follows on the trail of a diamond smuggling operation that takes Bond from London to New York and finally to Las Vegas.
His mission is to penetrate the smuggling ring, which is being operated by a mysterious American gangster who calls himself “The Spangled Mob”. Along the way, he encounters an array of characters: beautiful and enticing Tiffany Case, who becomes his ally and would-be love.
As Bond
becomes deeper within the world of diamond smuggling, the ways in which he risks his life and limbs seem no end-from being tortured by those fiendish gangsters to saving his neck during an exciting car chase down the highways and back alleys of Las Vegas.
“Diamonds Are Forever” is a classic Bond adventure that combines action, suspense, and style
-a nd Fleming’s trademark wit and sophistication. The novel has been adapted into a successful film, starring Sean Connery as Bond.
