Book Lovers, the story of Nora Stephens, is about a woman who is growing in career as a high-powered literary agent in New York City. She is dedicated to her work but at the same time passionate about books and books lovers. This shining lady in profession feels that she has reached a dead end in life.

Nora had always believed that she deserved a break and, hence packs off to the little town of Sunshine Falls, North Carolina. Before entering this small town she meets Charlie Lastra, a rival of hers- a literary agent at odds with her very way of doing things in the publishing world. Thus, a witty banter and tension set in as they both came to this small town for their own mutually exclusive reasons.

As Nora and Charlie spend more time together, they discover commonalities in their experiences and interests, and then romance sets in that challenges them to rethink everything they thought they knew about love, work, and truly living.
