1. General Science Overview:
This section is quite large, and it encompasses a number of fields of science; the purpose of this section is to identify the applicant’s knowledge of science and modern scientific discoveries.
a. Physics:
Essentials of force energy light heat electricity and motion and other basic theories or tenets to our world today.
b. Chemistry:
These include Atomic structure, chemical bonding, states of matter, acids and bases and environmental chemistry lessons.
c. Biology:
Organismal structure, Human genes and cultured, Human diseases, Environment and Habitats, The living world, & Change over time.
d. Environmental Science:
Global warming and climatic change, wildlife and habitat protection, environmental pollution and management and sustainable utilisation of the resources.
e. Space Science and Technology:e. Space Science and Technology:
Ideas of fundamental theoretical mechanics, astronomy, space travel and current day technological developments which include artificial intelligence or nanotechnology.
2. General Ability Overview:
This section assesses candidates’ mental and analytical abilities such as logical reasoning, problem solving and simple math computation.
a. Logical Reasoning:
Such questions may include the following: questions about referencing, comparing, inferring, assuming, and the questions which test a person’s conclusion-making.
b. Analytical Ability:
For instance, the ability to solve puzzles, data interpretation from charts, tables, graphs, and analysis of variables in question.
c. Basic Mathematics:
Ratios, percentages, aver: age, algebra, geometric mathematics and basic probability and statistics.
d. Mental Ability:
Problems concerning coding-decoding, sequence and series, spatial intelligence, etc.
